With the discovery of additional food allergies in our family, we're working towards becoming gluten/dairy/egg free (Yeah -I did just get chickens! Eggs anyone?!). The allergy list actually includes 20 specific items in all, but gluten and eggs are the difficult ones for me. I'd love all the help I can gather along the way and hope this will become a place for others who are also on this interesting food adventure to share.
